Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
~Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because treatments are tailored and scheduled in advance, late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact my schedule and prevent other clients from receiving care.
~Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
~Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
~No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
